The Stream remote app cannot find the Bluetooth hearing aids

If the Stream remote app does not connect to the Bluetooth hearing aids, try:

  1. Rebooting the hearing aids by opening the battery door, waiting 5 seconds and closing the battery door again
  2. Delete the paired hearing aids from your smartphone, then pair them again with your smartphone.
  3. Reboot the mobile phone, then pair the hearing aids again via the Hansaton Stream remote app.
